    Under the experienced leadership and management of REGAIN, the team immediately began a thorough cleaning of the property adding a fresh coat of paint and new artwork that offered an updated and modern look. REGAIN found an internet-enabled thermostat control system for $15,000 that solved the problems and greatly improved efficiency. Lobby renovation and landscaping rejuvenation was accomplished for less than $50,000.

As a result of collaborative efforts and open communication with tenants, as well as leveraging the expertise of REGAIN’s team,  we identified and implemented efficient, low-cost and high impact solutions. These included enhanced landscaping, refurbished elevators, and upgraded HVAC control systems creating a more comfortable and attractive living environment for the tenants. These savings resulted in a thriving property and ultimately a profitable sale for the investors.
