Charlie Richards serves as Vice President of Asset Management at REGAIN Investment Manager, LLC, with more than 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, and a career that began in Washington, DC.  He has directed teams of building staff for multiple high-profile commercial real estate firms with a portfolio exceeding three million square feet. Charlie has experience managing numerous different asset types, ranging from Class A & B office, medical office buildings, industrial, data centers, and multi-family. His unique blend of operational knowledge and attention to detail brings valuable perspective to the company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Virginia and was a member of the varsity football team.
