Josh Rutter

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT of ASSET MANAGEMENT 

Josh Rutter serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at REGAIN Investment Manager, LLC, with more than 20 years of experience in finance and real estate. Josh has extensive experience in lease administration, fund oversight, and real estate portfolio management. Previously, he was the owner of National Property Inspections, with a focus on commercial building inspections, and a senior property manager at NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson where he managed a combined total of 15 property ownerships consisting of Class A retail, office, and flex-office/industrial properties. Prior to that, he spent eight years as an asset and general manager at SIMA Management Corporation in Santa Barbara, California. Josh obtained the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2015. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business majoring in finance.
