John Rivard

PRESIDENT and CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER 

John Rivard is President and Chief Operating Officer of REGAIN Investment Manager, LLC, where he oversees the firm’s strategic direction, day-to-day operations, and investment platform. With more than 35 years of experience in institutional real estate, he brings a deep understanding of capital markets, structured finance, acquisitions, asset management, and development across multiple markets, asset classes, and market cycles. Before joining REGAIN, John held executive and senior leadership roles at Accesso Partners, Brightstone Capital Partners, The Rockefeller Group, O’Connor Capital Partners and the California State Teachers’ Retirement System. He holds a BS from the University of Southern California, an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
